Zhejiang Jiachen New Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jiachen New Energy”) was established in 2016 as the New Energy Division of Ningbo Jianan Electronics Co., Ltd., focusing on the research and development of cutting-edge technologies for ultra-fast EV chargers. In 2020, Jianan Electronics was successfully listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (Stock code: 300880). To achieve better development of new energy businesses in industries such as EV chargers , Zhejiang Jiachen New Energy Co., Ltd. was officially established and registered in 2022, with a registered capital of CNY 60 million and a unified social credit code: 91330282MA7FB59H3K. In 2024, Jiachen New Energy carried out share reform, introduced external investors, and increased its registered capital to CNY 85 million. It clearly focusing on customer needs and developing a business position of high-quality EV chargers, aiming to become a leading enterprise in the global EV charger market.

The company actively responds to the national “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality” strategy, based on serving the new energy industry, focusing on providing customers with intelligent super-fast and fast-charging equipment with high reliability, high energy efficiency, a long service life, and offer a good user experience, has developed product R&D, material procurement, manufacturing, sales service and operations management systems with rigorous procedures and strict control, and has built the necessary equipment and facilities for product development and manufacturing to a high standards. Furthermore, we have heavily invested in technological R&D, being recognized as a national high-tech enterprise and a specialized "Little Giant" enterprise with expertise in innovation, have already established a CANS laboratory and possesses the capability for independent R&D as well as manufacturing of core modules. We have successively developed the D10 series independent air passage type and Z10 series direct ventilation type ultra-fast and fast charging equipment for new energy vehicles, which have passed domestic type approval and European standards CE and CB certification. After being launched in the market, these products have received positive reviews and recognition from customers and have successively obtained supplier qualification certifications from central state-owned enterprises such as State Grid, Sinopec, and PetroChina.
